In the context where ESG, Net Zero, and greenhouse gas inventory management are increasingly becoming essential requirements in global supply chains, proactively building transparent and internationally standardized emissions data systems is no longer an option for businesses, but a key trend for sustainable development in the new era.

Recently in Ho Chi Minh City, the NetZone emissions inventory platform was officially launched, marking an important milestone in supporting Vietnamese businesses on their journey toward green transformation, enhancing emissions management capabilities, and adapting to international sustainable development standards.
The event attracted the participation of business representatives, experts, educational organizations, technology communities, and stakeholders operating in the fields of environment and sustainable development. More than simply introducing a new technology platform, the program also created an open forum for networking and multidimensional discussions on ESG trends, carbon emissions management, and business development strategies in the era of digital transformation.

NetZone was developed by Carbon Solutions Global (CSG) with the vision of becoming a platform that supports businesses in standardizing emissions data, managing greenhouse gas inventories, and building transparent, measurable, and internationally aligned data systems. Through this platform, businesses can gradually adopt a structured emissions management approach to support ESG strategies and meet the requirements of global partners and markets.
INTRODUCING THE NETZONE PLATFORM
Currently, NetZone supports emissions inventory management across all three scopes — Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 — meeting the growing demand for comprehensive emissions data management among businesses. The platform is developed in accordance with Vietnam’s current legal framework, including Decree No. 06/2022/ND-CP and Decision No. 2626/QD-BTNMT, while also integrating internationally recognized methodologies and standards such as IPCC, ISO 14064-1, and the GHG Protocol.
Beyond serving as an emissions calculation tool, NetZone enables businesses to monitor emissions data in real time, centrally store and manage data, and support ESG reporting, sustainability reporting, as well as preparation for future independent verification processes.
As international markets continue to tighten requirements on emissions transparency and environmental responsibility, adopting technology platforms such as NetZone is considered an essential step for businesses to enhance competitiveness and proactively adapt to global trends.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP SIGNING BETWEEN GIBA & CSG
One of the key highlights of the event was the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Global Intellectual Business Association (GIBA) and Carbon Solutions Global (CSG).

Under the partnership agreement, the two parties will collaborate in implementing activities that support businesses in accessing and enhancing awareness and capabilities in greenhouse gas inventory management, ESG, and green transformation; while also assisting enterprises in building sustainable development roadmaps that are transparent, practical, and measurable.
Representing GIBA at the signing ceremony was Dr. Le Khanh Lam – Chairman of the GIBA Ecosystem. The strategic partnership between GIBA and CSG is expected to create more opportunities for connection among businesses, technology, and knowledge, thereby contributing to the development of a sustainable ecosystem, promoting innovation values, and enhancing the competitiveness of the Vietnamese business community in the context of global integration.

With the philosophy of “Creators Achieve” and the vision of becoming a sustainable value ecosystem, GIBA continues to accompany initiatives that promote innovation, digital transformation, and green development for the domestic and international business community. Through networking activities, training programs, and strategic partnerships, GIBA aims to contribute to building a sustainable business community that can adapt flexibly to the trends of the green economy and global transformation.
