Through their dedication, vision, and unwavering commitment, they have made invaluable contributions that created a strong and sustainable platform for GIBA to enter a new stage of growth and development.
LAUNCH OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD FOR TERM II
The Executive Board for Term II brings together 13 distinguished entrepreneurs and professionals who possess extensive experience, strong dedication, and a shared aspiration to contribute to the growth of the ecosystem. Leading the Executive Board is Dr. Le Khanh Lam, Chairman of the Members’ Council and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of RSM Vietnam, who has been appointed as President of GIBA for Term II.

During the ceremony, all members of the Executive Board solemnly took the following pledge:

The Executive Board for Term II has established eight key strategic priorities to guide GIBA’s development in 2026:

2. Building a values-driven culture, strong community engagement, and social responsibility
3. Developing outstanding and sustainable leadership
4. Strengthening partnerships and alliances in Vietnam and internationally
5. Establishing technology platforms and smart governance systems
6. Advancing consulting, research, and policy advocacy
7. Fostering innovation and entrepreneurship
8. Expanding internationally and building a global brand
SPECIFIC ORIENTATIONS OF EACH EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER
1. Dr. Le Khanh Lam – President of GIBA: Leads GIBA’s overall strategy, develops the core leadership team, and expands strategic partnerships in Vietnam and internationally.
2. Mr. Le Van Lanh – Vice President, President of GIBA FIFA: Connects financial resources, investment opportunities, and funds to support businesses in accessing capital and strategic investment opportunities.
3. Mr. Tran Van Quy – Vice President, President of GIBA FTA: Develops the fashion and textile alliance, promoting production linkages and trade collaboration.
4. Ms. Ngo Thanh Hanh – Vice President, President of GIBA ATALA: Builds an ecosystem in accounting, taxation, legal services, and auditing, connecting experts and businesses.
5. Ms. Phan Thi Kim Anh – Vice President, President of GIBA TCA: Develops training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and human resource development.
6. Mr. Tran Anh Khang – Vice President, President of GIBA NBD: Establishes business development systems and expands effective business clubs.
7. Mr. Ngo Thanh Trung – President of GIBA CBC & GIBA FDA: Connects business communities in the coffee, beverage, and food industries.
8. Ms. Liney Weishappel – President of GIBA FBA: Develops the Foreign Business Association, strengthens international connections, and promotes trade.
9. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thao – Vice President of GIBA SMA: Develops the Sales and Marketing Alliance, advancing communications and commerce.
10. Mr. Dieu Bao Phat – Secretary General of GIBA FBA: Coordinates operations, connects partners, and supports international programs.
11. Ms. Pham Minh Phương – Vice President of GIBA TCA: Supports and coordinates the implementation of training and capacity-building programs.
12. Ms. Vu Quynh Phuong – Vice President of GIBA PIONEER: Co-develops the PIONEER Business Club as a practical and effective networking platform.
13. Ms. Nguyen Kim Thanh – Vice President of GIBA FBA: Supports the connection of foreign entrepreneurs, experts, and investors with Vietnamese businesses.
