Foreign Business Association - FBA Meeting

Last Wednesday (April 22, 2026), the FBA Meeting was held at Sunwah Tower in an open, professional, and highly engaging atmosphere, attracting the participation of more than 20 domestic and international enterprises. More than a regular gathering, the event served as an important platform for businesses to expand their networks, explore partnership opportunities, and foster growth in the context of global economic integration.
Opening the program, Ms. Liney Weishappel – Chairwoman of FBA, CEO & Co-Founder of AllMadeViet – delivered an overview of the Global Intellectual Business Association (GIBA) and FBA ecosystem, guided by the vision “Global Connections – Empowering Vietnam.” In her remarks, she highlighted FBA’s role as a strategic bridge between foreign and Vietnamese enterprises, contributing to the flow of trade, investment, and knowledge exchange. Through initiatives such as trade promotion, investment facilitation, market entry support, and partnership development, FBA aims to build a value-driven ecosystem where businesses can collaborate, grow sustainably, and enhance their competitiveness in the global market.

Continuing the program, the sharing session by Mr. Dieu Bao Phat – Managing Director & Co-Founder of AllMadeVietFood – offered practical insights into trade promotion activities in the food sector. Representing the company, he introduced the development journey of AllMadeVietFood, its mission to bring Vietnamese products to international markets, as well as the opportunities and challenges in expanding exports. He also proposed specific avenues for collaboration with FBA members, ranging from distribution and partner connections to market development. These initiatives opened up opportunities for value co-creation and multi-dimensional collaboration within the ecosystem.

During the networking session, more than 20 participating companies took turns introducing their business sectors, core capabilities, and collaboration needs through the BRIDGE format. Beyond information sharing, participants actively engaged in discussions, identified common ground, and initiated potential partnerships. The exchange was dynamic, practical, and strongly outcome-oriented, with a focus on long-term value. Numerous “connection outcomes” were generated during the meeting, including partner linkages, business opportunities, and concrete directions for future collaboration.

Key Highlight:
In addition to the professional activities, the event marked a meaningful milestone as the GIBA Executive Board officially presented a membership pin to Mr. Ho Van Quang, welcoming him into the GIBA ecosystem. This ceremony not only reflected the community’s warm reception but also signified the beginning of a new journey of collaboration, connection, and growth. The addition of a new member is expected to further enrich the network and create more tangible opportunities for cooperation.
